[Dg-concordia] Agenda for Nov 17 Concordia DG call

Just noticed that with the switch for daylight savings time, UTC 5.30 pm 
conflicts with the second half of the SSTC call at 12 EST.

Are there other such conflicts that would motivate us to push the call 
out to 1.30 pm EST (as it would have been before the fall back)

Joni, I presume we don't need to change anything with the conference 
line were we to change time?
