[KI-LC] Proposed BoT meeting time changes in Las Vegas

The BoT meet tomorrow, Thursday, July 30 and will discuss their agenda  
in Las Vegas.  The new proposal is to meet all day Monday and a half  
day on Tuesday.

Considering the LC are planning to sync with the BoT on Monday  
1:00-1:45pm, and to avoid potential conflicts, please let me know if  
you have concerns or comments by noon Friday, July 31.
