[KI-LC] Charter for Identity Provider Selector Work Group accepted for review

Hi Drummond,

As I was just reviewing the charters to prepare a status report I actually
noticed the same thing - even if purely on the proposed names of the two
groups.  Thank you for calling this out on the list. It's interesting to
note that one is a DG and one is a WG.  There could be a synergy between the
two where the Discussion Group works closely with the Work Group to align
discussions in the DG with discussions in the WG to ultimately produce
technical work in the WG.

I do know that the WG is very open and excited to broaden the scope to
include the community of solutions at large - including OpenID and
InfoCard.  I have taken a humble attempt at putting that language in the
draft charter today, however it does need stakeholder technical review and
input.

I am happy to schedule a call with you and Philippe at minimum.  I will send
a follow on to you and Philippe in the morning to schedule a time during the
next week.  Please let me know if there are other's in the LC (or elsewhere)
who may want to attend this sync up call.
