[KI-LC] DIDW Event Planning Task Force

Following Britta's update on the call yesterday regarding the upcoming
Kantara event in September co-located with DIDW, it's pretty clear that
there's a lot to be done.

Is there anyone on the LC who can join an Event Planning Task Force to
help Britta work through the details?  Britta can provide more detail,
but from what I understand we should put together a plan for the type of
meetings we'd like to hold so that we can work with the DIDW to
orchestrate the event.

>From the call, it sounds like the types of decisions we need to make are
along the lines of:

 * Do we want to hold the events prior to,
    after, or concurrent with DIDW?

 * Do we want to target one or two days?

 * What kind of balance should we try to
    strike between scheduled sessions and
    unconference time?

 * Should we plan to hold an introductory
    session for new participants?

 * Would we want to invite a keynote type
    speaker during our time?  If so, who?

Basically, there's a lot to do and since this is our first official
event, it'd be great to have folks step up and lend a hand.
