This is great news!  Thanks to the BoT for their fast action on this.

If this was the last item you were waiting on for approval of your WG or
DG, please go ahead and "officially" submit your charter to Eve "LC
Secretary" Maler when you're ready.  As soon as she accepts the charter,
she'll notify this list which will start the 30-day clock.

Also, please let me know if you'd like agenda time on the next call.
