I think it's important for this TF to meet before the Wednesday LC
call (so they can report). It seems we'll have Dervla, Britta, Joni,
and I all engaged in this TF. I think I heard Conor volunteer to
serve. Who else?
Before you answer, let me clarify what's at stake. This TF will
answer the following questions:
- When is our next/first Kantara F2F?
- Where will it be held?
- What's our schedule of F2F meetings for 2009-2010
- What events, if any, would we like to colocate with (DIDW, Catalyst
and IIW have been considered so far)
- Will part of our events be "open space" facilitated?
- Since all Kantara Initiative meetings are public (i.e. these are
"conferences") how does that change things... keynotes?, panels?, open
space?
I know most of you pretty well and I know many of you actually care
pretty deeply about how these questions get answered. So please raise
your hand if you are willing to help us wrestle with these questions
and we'll work with you on a conference call... probably scheduled for
Tuesday.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
