[KI-LC] Call for votes: Identity Provider Selection Work Group

I'm pleased to announce that the Kantara Initiative Leadership Council
has voted to accept the charter for the "Identity Providers Selection
Work Group (IdP Selection WG)" to be lead by Philippe Clement.  All 9
votes that were received were in favor of the formation.

Philippe - Congratulations and félicitations.  We look forward to
participating in this exciting work.

Joni - Please go ahead and activate the group resources and let us know
when the IdP Selection WG is open for business.
