Thank you for the comprehensive feedback Trent. Some of your changes
are direct changes to text provided by counsel and therefore will
require a legal review before we could entertain them for the form
that's going into production today. Some of your other changes would
introduce higher risk of user error (the selection of multiple groups
for example) which concerns me. And a few other changes actually have
operational consequences that I need to consider.
So, we are going to put the form we have voted on at 10am this morning
into production today but all of your suggestions will be reviewed
right away and perhaps we'll roll-out a v2.0 before the week is out.
But that won't make any commitments we receive between now and then
void. We start taking legal commitments today (as soon as we hear
from Joni that the form is in production -- which will go to the
community@ list.
