[KI-LC] Concordia DG charter accepted

I have been informed by Trent that the Concordia DG charter meets the  
requirements set forth in the Kantara organizing documents, and has  
therefore been accepted.

Joni is proceeding with provisioning, and as DG chair I will be  
checking with current Concordia participants to ensure they're okay  
with moving Concordia wiki content to the Kantara site.  We anticipate  
the move to be made in mid/late July.  If you participate in  
Concordia, expect to see email about all this shortly.
