Do you think it'd help to add a couple more "post-approval" lines to the
existing WG Approval Process page:
http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/LC/Work+Group+Approval+Process
Perhaps this would be the right starting point for a one-stop "what do I
need to do" cookbook.

My suggestion is that before notifying the community list you make sure
your WG/DG is fully provisioned and ready for people to join (at least
the mailing list). You'll get the most bang out of the communique if
people can immediately sign up.
YMMV,

Robin (and a reminder to all Chairs of newly approved WG's and DG's)
please send a "call for participation" note to
community at kantarainitiative.org<mailto:community at kantarainitiative.org> letting them know the logistics for
your next call and some thoughts on initial activities.

Joni - Please loop back with Robin to work out the details regarding the

Thanks, and congratulations, Robin!

As a reminder, we've scheduled a vote on the formation of the
"Privacy and Public Policy Work Group (P3WG)":
http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/x/h4AQ
If you have any last-minute questions about the charter, please do
not hesitate to contact Robin Wilton.
Please respond to this email (directly or to the list) with a "+1"
in favor of approval or a "-1" if you do not want to approve the
charter. If you don't wish to cast a vote, you can send me an
"abstain" vote, or simply not respond.
The voting period closes at 23:59 UTC on Friday, June 26.
Thanks, and good luck Robin.
