[KI-LC] Do you want WG meeting time at DIDW?

I think it might be a bit premature for each WG/DG Chair to say whether 
they want meeting time.  First, most of the WGs/DGs have not yet been 
formally voted on.  Second, even after that happens, there would need to 
be a critical mass of participants who have been recruited, and who will 
actually be attending DIDW, that want to meet and have something to discuss.

Will Kantara have some space reserved at DIDW that could be allocated 
later on?  As these WGs are formally approved and begin to recruit 
participants, maybe those that want to meet at DIDW could put in "bids" 
for use of this space at certain designated times.  Just a thought.....
