[KI-LC] Do you want WG meeting time at DIDW?

I'll add that some of you might not yet have your charters approved  
but you expect they will be approved before Catalyst.  If that applies  
to you then please add your voice to the list of meeting requirements  
(if you plan to travel to Catalyst and call a meeting of your new  
group).
