[KI-LC] Canceling LC Telecon Scheduled for July 21

Based on the responses to my query regarding next week's scheduled
Leadership Council teleconference, we will be canceling it.

The next teleconference will be on August 4th during the later time slot
as currently scheduled.  Please update your calendar reminders accordingly.

Colin or myself.
