Thanks to Ingo for helping taking minutes on our call yesterday: http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/telcoid/TIWG+Teleconference-2010-04-22+PENDING

Links to the non-branded IMS whitepaper are within the minutes.  As  
agreed, I would like the group to review and provide input if any  
further changes.  As Jonas suggested, we may call a meeting for  
Thursday, April 29 due to the EIC event the following week (just  
confirmed this morning as taking place).  Let's be prepared to reach  
quorum for our next call to vote the paper as a draft recommendation,  
then we can begin to move it forward to LC for acceptance and then for  
an all-member ballot.
