[Wg-ulx] Electing the three co-chairs

Hello all,

I¹m told we have one last official step we must take before this ULX group
can start work. We need to formally elect the proposed co-chairs from these
three who were nominated earlier:

1. RL ³Bob² Morgan (U of Washington, Internet2)
2. Michael Graves (Janrain)
3. me:Paul Trevithick (Azigo)

Joni will shortly construct an email ballot for each of the above three. The
vote will be secret (you¹ll be asked to send your votes to Kantara staff not
to any of us or to the whole list).

Stay tuned for this email from Joni (or another Kantara staff member).
