Kevin,
I agree with Scott. These are fake web pages being displayed, but we do need to launch a "real" separate browser window (that displays these fake pages).
I have updated #5 as follows:
5. Each account-button should redirect the SBW to a fake copy of the the correct OpenID or SAML or Infocard site.
I-cards
The PayPal non-fake is http://icard.paypal-ids.com/home.do
The Equifax non-fake is http://equifaxicards.com.
We should delete Acxiom account-button because their IdP site is currently password protected (it is live but not public)
Let's delete Citigroup account-button for now
OpenID
<need Google, AOL urls here>
SAML
<need to put Ohio State, BU, etc. urls here >
...need to fill in the OpenID and SAML urls...
