[WG-ULX] Second statement of work

Okay, in that case I just need to know how "real" you would like these 
fake pages - do we have two or three master templates (ie. Google, 
generic, PayPal) or something where we can just change colors + logos to 
make up the remaining pages for other services?  Or do you want each 
popup to appear (at least like the first screen) of each service?
