[WG-ULX] Second statement of work

I have updated #5 here: 
http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/ulx/Web+Mockup+Statement+of+Work
to include all the OpenID urls. (Google, Yahoo and Microsoft).

BTW I found out that AOL OpenID UX is different from Google, Yahoo, and Live ID (it requires the user to type in your aol id right on top of the account-button) so...I took the easy route and swapped out AOL for Microsoft Live ID
